Every company exists in a context
A landscape of its competitors, impact of local and global trends and also relationship it has with its customers.
My role as a designer is to understand it and incorporate to it the internal factors - the business strategy, marketing plans and technical limitations. Having framework established I create solutions that can be tested and measured, and are based on concrete evidence. This way they serve both, the users and the business goals.
Products need to respond to that context
My strength is the ability to think of the solutions in a coherent, complete way. I like to design concepts that take into account all the points of contact and channels of communication with a customer by connecting physical, digital and service design.
